The RoleAs a Server at SARA, you will play a key role in delivering a polished and seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable and confident in guiding guests through the menu, wine list and overall dining experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys being part of a tight-knit team.
Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable and professional service throughout the dining experience

• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations for food and beverage pairings

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the wine list and beverage offerings

• Maintain a high standard of service that aligns with SARA’s hospitality philosophy

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service

• Ensure tables and service areas remain organized and presentable throughout service

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of serving experience, ideally in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment

• Previous experience as a server or restaurant manager considered an asset

• Strong wine knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

• Professional, reliable and detail-oriented

• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods

• Full-time hours

• Dinner service only

• Restaurant open Tuesday – Saturday
