Position Overview:

We’re looking for motivated, experienced drivers ready to work hard and earn well. In this role, you’ll operate a 5-ton truck to pick up used tires from shops and yards, then haul full loads back to our facility. You won’t be working alone — you’ll have an assistant to help with loading and unloading, so you can focus on driving safely and keeping the day efficient.

The wage for this position is $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 5-ton truck safely and efficiently.
• Pick up used tires from various shops, yards, and locations.
• Plan routes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Deliver full loads back to the facility and ensure timely unloading.
• Maintain a productive schedule and ensure the truck is consistently full.

Qualifications:

• Valid DZ license with a clean driver’s abstract is required
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience with references (please note: Uber delivery/driving experience does not qualify).
• Physical stamina and ability to perform labour-intensive tasks.
• Strong time management, route planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and committed to completing tasks efficiently and correctly.
• TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) certification is considered an asset
