The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. As a C-level executive, you will work closely with the CEO and other members of the senior leadership team to ensure the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's strategic business plan, including identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks. Drive revenue growth by leading business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and building strategic partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Lead the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage the budget and financial performance of the business development function, ensuring the allocation of resources and investments in line with strategic objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations to senior leadership for adapting and evolving the company's offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding business operations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
