Role Description This full-time Optometrist role is an on-site position located in Scarborough, ON. Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Ontario, with a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Strong clinical skills in refraction, ocular health assessment, contact lens fitting, and management of common ocular conditions. Proficient in patient communication, including explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive eye care in clear, accessible language. Ability to work collaboratively with optical retail staff and other team members to support seamless patient care and customer service. Comfort with using electronic medical records and basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication. Commitment to ethical practice, regulatory compliance, and maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment for patients and colleagues. Previous experience in a retail optical or community clinic setting is an asset, but motivated early-career optometrists are encouraged to apply.
