Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse functions and supporting overall supply chain activities.

Duties

• Operate forklifts (Reach lifts, Counter Balance & Walkies), reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse
• Assist with order picking, packing, and packaging to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload materials safely while adhering to safety protocols for heavy equipment operation
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and organization
• Support warehouse management system updates for order fulfillment and inventory tracking
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and operational standards are met
• Assist in construction or manufacturing-related tasks as needed to support warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all warehouse activities

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English
• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or manufacturing environments
• Forklift License (Counter Balance, Reach, and Order Picker)
• Comfortable with Outlook and Excel
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking and inventory management
