Do you fit the part?

What You’ll Do:

• Complete scheduled overnight runs to regions such as Vancouver Island, the Okanagan, Interior, Kootenays, and Alberta.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status
• Perform loading/unloading tasks, which may include assisting at locations using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Sort freight at the crossdocking facility
• Work with staff to ensure seamless customer service for the customer
• Transport outbound freight and return with special orders and customer returns
• Maintain daily vehicle logs
• Receive adequate rest periods to ensure compliance with hours‑of‑service requirements

Do you fit the part?

• Class 1 license withMANUAL TRANSMISSION
• Experience driving semi trucks
• Remain flexible, as routes may change based on operational needs.
• Willingness to work away from home for 2 nights per week
• Stay overnight as required depending on the route (typically 1–2 nights per week).
• Must have forklift and pallet jack experience
• Clean drivers abstract preferred
• Dangerous goods experience is an asset
• Mountain/winter driving experience an asset
• Electronic log usage is an asset
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program
