About the role
Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time seasonal Repair and Maintenance Technician from May 12, – August 28, 2026, to join our Facilities Team in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to Facilities Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Maintain compliance with Asset Protection and Health and Safety Standards always completing assigned work in a safe manner, while wearing all appropriate PPE, obeying rules of the road, and following all appropriate safety policies and procedures.
- Preparation and painting of parking lot lines and necessary markings.
- Use data base and communication tools to track assigned work, record notes, and close cases.
- Live our brand “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, members.
- To operate all equipment /tools in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in facilities management and
- You have experience and/or knowledge in painting, and overall general maintenance skills.
- You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
- You are honest, trustworthy, are results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
- You must be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Perfect for a university student or someone looking for summer seasonal employment.
- Must have a valid Class 5 license – travel is required through out the Lake Country Co-op trading area.
- Safety equipment is provided and is required at all times.
- Work is both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- You must have strong attention to detail and are able to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be physically fit – physical labour is required.
