In accordance with established mission, vision, values and strategic priorities of the Northern Health and reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Lead, Primary and Long-Term Care, this position provides clinical pharmacy services to patients of the primary care network. As a member of an interprofessional team this position works directly with patients to identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems through provision of comprehensive medication management.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:30 to 16:30. Rotation and days of work are subject to change based on operational needs. Position serves Prince Rupert and Coast Tsimshian
