At our mill, Summer Students get a hands-on opportunity to learn about the Pulp and Paper industry while contributing to the success of our Production Team.

What You Can Expect…

• Perform a variety of general labour duties across the plant
• Work with a skilled team to support operation activities and maintenance
• Work at heights or in confined spaces as required

What We Expect…

• Graduated with a High School diploma
• Must be enrolled in post-secondary studies in the Fall 2026 semester
• Be available full-time from May – End of August with the possibility of extending to part-time weekend shifts throughout the year
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Available to work a variety of different shifts, including weekends and on-call work

Compensation

• Base payrate of $37.55/hour + shift premiums and over-time
• Boot allowance, reimbursement up to a maximum of $225

Our facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates must be available for all shifts, including weekends and night shifts. This position may require the individual to wear a full-faced respirator. Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical.
