Job Description At CAE, our Manufacturing teams transform visionary designs into reality, building industry-leading simulators for our Civil Aviation and Defense & Security divisions. From assembly and testing to final production, our teams contribute to world-class products that support safety and mission readiness. By joining CAE, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing industrial equipment critical to operations. Duties & Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment. Carry out retrofitting and equipment installations. Calibrate and adjust machinery and systems. Identify defective components and perform repairs. Manufacture complex parts when required. Select appropriate materials and work methods. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent. Knowledge of advanced techniques (laser alignment, vibration analysis). Knowledge of industrial equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes, machinery). Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications Ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues. Experience working in industrial environments. Ability to follow procedures and standards. Experience with machining or CNC equipment. Additional Information The position follows a full-time schedule of 5 days per week.During the initial training period (approximately 3–4 months), employee will work a combination of shifts, including 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the training period, the regular schedule will transition to a full-time evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Union position: selection based on seniority and qualification. Candidates must pass written and practical tests.
