As an Actuarial Advisor – Data and Analytics – Distribution, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Perform complex analyses to support the evolution of the business model in line with ambitious growth objectives.
• Implement and enhance innovative business intelligence solutions that improve the operational efficiency of distribution teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, influencing them toward data‑driven decision‑making.
• Synthesize and translate complex concepts for iAAH senior leaders to support strategic decision‑making.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their versatility, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity, as well as their ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Stands out for their analytical and synthesis skills, enabling a deep understanding of complex issues, the formulation of sound diagnoses, and the recommendation of innovative solutions to business partners.
• Demonstrates high level of proactivity and a strong continuous improvement mindset, actively contributing to the optimization of business processes.
• Is recognized for their communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts clearly, as well as knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS and Power BI.
• Has 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in actuarial science and property and casualty insurance.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is considered an asset.
