Here are the main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with advisorsacross the assigned territory; -Proactively manage a regional territoryand conduct frequent in-branch visits;
- Analyze advisors’ practices andrecommend continuity and succession strategies; -Support asset retentionand coordinate financing requests and client book transactions; -Promote company programs, products and tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Has10 years of experiencein financial services, insurance, or advisor relationship management;
- Is known for theirstrong relationship-buildingand interpersonal skills;
- Stands out for their business acumen andunderstanding of advisor practices;

- Is recognized for theirstrategic mindsetand leadership influence; -Advanced level of Englishproficiency, as the role involves communicating, collaborating and participating in business meetings with advisors, internal partners and national teams on a regular basis.
