Role Summary

PTW is seeking local Electrical Apprentices to join our team in Hinton, AB. This role involves supporting construction and maintenance electrical work on industrial projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, dependable, and eager to continue developing their electrical trade skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment Support construction and maintenance electrical work on industrial projects Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations Complete job documentation, reports, and required project records accurately Collaborate with supervisors, Journeyman, and other team members to support project success Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Qualifications / Requirements

Must be an indentured Electrical Apprentice or certified Journeymen Construction and maintenance electrical experience required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as within a team environment Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Excellent communication skills Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety Valid safety certifications required: CSO Standard First Aid ESC Fall Protection H2S Alive Valid Class 5 Driver's License required Must be authorized to work in Canada Must be local to Hinton or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate Compensation & Benefits
