Assist with speaker preparation, run-of-show development, production schedules, briefing documents, and day-of-event coordination. Provide onsite event support, including registration desk management, vendor coordination, issue resolution, room resets, and event closeout. Support post-event activities including survey coordination, reporting, budget reconciliation, and lessons learned. Demonstrate flexibility, sound judgment, and resourcefulness when responding to shifting priorities or event-related challenges.
