About the role
OOAA is searching for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and development focused Head Coach to lead our U18AA Raiders program for the 2026-2027 season. If you’re passionate about building strong athletes on and off the ice this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and attend up to three evening practices per week, plus scheduled player development skill sessions.
Work closely with OOAA Coaching Development personnel throughout the season.
Prepare for and attend all home and away games, including out‑of‑province tournaments.
Attend OOAA Coach’s Meetings when required.
Collaborate with U18AAA Raiders coaches to support long‑term program development.
