How You’ll Make An Impact Use your expertise in financial analysis and credit recovery to help agriculture producers stabilize their accounts. As a Special Credit Account Manager, Financial Analysis, you’ll review source documents, help develop repayment strategies, and assess risk to guide effective recovery actions. If you’re a problem-solver who thrives on building innovative, course-correcting financial plans, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze source documents and prepare credit submission, loan administration and account reviews.
- Partner with Account Managers to build action plans that address financial challenges.
- Coach and train peers across teams on special credit analysis and recovery practices.
- Analyze Special Credit accounts including future plans, credit facilities and repayment agreements
- Engage with customers to acquire an in-depth understanding of their operations and financial reporting
- Support Account Managers by reviewing customer requests and strategies, ensuring due diligence and appropriate risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications What you’ll bring to the team
- A degree in agricultural finance, business or a related field
- At least three years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of financial analysis and credit best practices
- Intermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
Preferred Qualifications
- Business, financial, or ag industry knowledge
- Understanding of agriculture is an asset
- Knowledge of lending policies and procedures
