Mainline Fleet Service is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Consultant to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, team-driven shop that takes pride in quality work, strong communication, and helping each other succeed.

About the Role
As a Service Consultant, you’ll be the main point of contact between customers and technicians. You’ll handle service requests, coordinate repairs, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Listen to concerns and create accurate work orders
- Explain recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Provide updates and get approvals for additional work
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Assist with estimates, parts coordination, and some admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Strong interest in vehicles and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented — works well with others and supports the group
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers or quick to learn new systems
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Admin experience is an asset
Requirements
Experience & Requirements
- Automotive or service experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus
