About the role
Integrass is expanding into Canada and seeking a founder-style leader to launch, grow, and scale our operations. Reporting directly to the CEO / Global Managing Director, this role offers full ownership of Canadian operations across IT Staffing and Technology Solutions.
What You’ll Do
Lead revenue growth and client acquisition across Canada
Acquire enterprise clients, MSPs, and VMS programs
Build and scale IT staffing operations leveraging Integrass’s global recruiting capabilities
Identify and grow technology solutions opportunities (Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/Automation)
Represent Integrass in the market and build strategic partnerships
Coordinate delivery and operations with global teams
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and reporting
What You Bring
10+ years in IT staffing, consulting, or technology services
Proven ability to launch and scale operations in Canada
Strong enterprise sales and client management experience
Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in high-autonomy, founder-style roles
