We are seeking a dedicated and capable professional to join our team and help lead the growth of the team as our Payouts and Discharge Team Lead. If you have a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of mortgage processes and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our success in this essential role.

In this role, you will**:**

• Provide daily oversight and leadership in the delivery of operational excellence to meet our customers’ everyday mortgage needs
• Effectively oversee workforce management (i.e., manage scheduling, volumes, day to day work assignments, workload balance, support team coverage)
• Lead and coach a team of Servicing Administrators in their day-to-day performance of payout and discharge functions. (Coach and guide, 1:1’s, provide feedback, and support on-the-job/in-role training and development)
• Investigate and resolve escalations, errors, and day to day challenges related to department responsibilities (escalate to manager as needed)
• Collaborate and partner with other departments to support daily operations
• Lead by example to promote a professional and motivated team environment, focused on success for the team and individuals
• Reconcile monthly invoicing
• Demonstrate professionalism, judgment, and integrity in daily operations
• Provide subject matter expert
• Protects private and confidential information
• Make recommendations on best practices and opportunities to improve internal processes and procedures
• Onboard and train new and existing employees, identify gaps in process, and seek continuous improvement opportunities

This role is for you if you have:

• 2+ years in residential mortgage servicing (payouts and discharges) and/or administration
• 2+ years proven leadership
• Post secondary degree or related work experience

High proficient in Google products and system applications
