Physiotherapist — Primary Care (Full-Time) Join our Interprofessional Primary Care Team providing client-centered, evidence-informed physiotherapy to individuals accessing care through our Primary Care Clinic. This is a rare opportunity for a full-time role in a sector where most positions are part-time. You'll support clients experiencing mobility, functional, and physical health challenges — including newcomers, refugees, older adults, 2SLGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients, and individuals facing health inequities linked to income, housing, and employment.

Physiotherapist — Primary Care (Part-Time) Same great Primary Care role, structured part-time — ideal if you want to combine this position with other clinical work. You’ll provide physiotherapy services to individuals and families who often lack other benefits coverage, working alongside an interprofessional care team.

Physiotherapist — West End Integrated Falls Prevention Program (Part-Time) Community-based (home visits) Work with adults aged 75+ who have experienced falls, delivering care directly in their homes across the west end of Ottawa. Mileage is covered. You'll assess falls risk and mobility challenges, build home exercise programs, and provide fall prevention education — as part of a multidisciplinary team including Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, a Rehabilitation Assistant, and an Occupational Therapist.
What You'll Do
Use a client-centered approach to assess mobility and falls risk, and develop individualized treatment plans Provide education, screening, referral, and follow-up consistent with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards Keep complete, accurate, and timely client records Collaborate with an interprofessional/multidisciplinary care team Participate in chart reviews, case conferences, and community outreach Contribute to health promotion activities and program development
What You Bring
Master's Degree in Physiotherapy Current registration (in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience in a community setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and vehicle access (required for Falls Prevention role; asset for Primary Care roles) Bilingual English/French is a strong asset; other languages are an asset For the Falls Prevention role: experience with older adults and fall prevention programs is an asset (Canadian Falls Prevention curriculum a plus) For Primary Care roles: experience or interest working with newcomers, refugees, older adults, 2SLGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients, or clients facing social determinants of health challenges
