We are currently looking for a Service Advisor.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

• You will handle the opening of quotes and work orders.

• You will ensure the reception of work orders from mechanics and analyze them.

• You will be responsible for invoicing and following up with clients.

• You will answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.

• You will ensure client satisfaction regarding the work performed.

• You will act as a substitute or assistant to the service manager.

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF YOU HAVE :

• Do you have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position?
• Do you have experience in a mechanical workshop environment?
• Are you comfortable with computers and the Office Suite?
• Are you bilingual?
• If you are known for being organised and versatile, you are definitely our ideal candidate!
