Casual Administrative Assistant 3 - Body Worn Camera (6 month term)
About the role
Position Overview:
Ensures the Body Worn Camera Manager is supported by assisting in the vetting of videos for disclosure. Will provide support to the Body Worn Camera program through the review and vetting of body worn videos for court as well as general office duties including data entry and online records management.
- Entering data into internal systems
- Vetting Body Worn Camera and other video as required for disclosure
- Communicating with the courts section regarding additional vetting that may be needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Office applications, experience with database management systems and other general office equipment.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
Diploma in Office Administration from the New Brunswick Community College, Business Certificate 1 from the University of New Brunswick, or an equivalent program is required
