Client Manager Enterprise Accounts (Shared)
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Enterprise Client Manager drives sales success at the territory level by partnering with field client managers to deliver results. This role provides comprehensive sales support with a focus on technology hardware, print solutions, and digital transformation initiatives to optimize business performance.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead complex sales initiatives, collaborate across teams to deliver seamless solutions, and anticipate client needs before they arise. Your ability to identify new opportunities, resolve challenges, and influence outcomes will strengthen partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and create lasting client success.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Proven B2B Sales Expertise: 2–5 years of success in B2B sales and consulting, with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong stakeholder partnerships.
Enterprise-Level Sales Acumen: Experience closing complex, high-value deals and tailoring solutions to diverse client needs with insight and precision.
Strong Business & Technical Acumen: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data-driven sales management; able to analyze performance and uncover new opportunities.
Exceptional Communicator & Relationship Builder: Skilled in listening, presenting, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders to create long-term partnerships.
Resilient & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable—able to perform under pressure while maintaining focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
Growth Mindset & Continuous Learning: Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth and staying ahead of industry trends.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive Sales Growth & Performance: Consistently exceed revenue and profit targets by expanding existing accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and executing creative sales strategies across hardware, services, and solutions.
Lead Strategic Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop innovative account strategies, and oversee the full order-to-install process to ensure seamless execution and client success.
Be the Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building deep consultative relationships, proactively resolving challenges, and aligning solutions to business objectives.
Deliver Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from opportunity identification through contract execution—while maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM.
Collaborate for Client Success: Partner with cross-functional teams and field sales to deliver tailored solutions, support quarterly business reviews, and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Anticipate Needs & Add Value: Stay ahead of industry trends, anticipate evolving client challenges, and connect innovations to client goals for long-term growth and digital transformation.
