In this role, you will do more than supervise—you will motivate, organize, and contribute directly to the daily success of operations.

Key Responsibilities

-       Lead, motivate, and support a production team.

-       Plan and coordinate daily packaging activities.

-       Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

-       Assign tasks and actively participate in operations.

-       Handle bins and pallets as required.

-       Complete production tracking and reporting using Excel and internal systems.

-       Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and health and safety standards.

-       Operate certain equipment, including X-ray and boxing machines.

-       Maintain effective communication with other departments and management.

-       Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary: $27.26 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, 4-day work week (10 hours per day), Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
Status: Permanent
