Our client, a well-established company in the wood processing industry, is seeking a Production Foreman to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of production activities. You will play a key role in employee supervision, operational optimization, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Coach, train, and motivate production teams while fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize operations and minimize production downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements
- Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing, industrial, or forestry environment.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Experience in the wood industry or wood processing sector (a significant asset).

Salary: $75,000 to $83,000 per year
