Could you be the full-time Innovation coach in St-Bruno we’re looking for ?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and innovation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll drive the success of a portfolio of up to five projects or startup collaborations, supporting them throughout the Acceleration and Implementation stages, with a focus on delivering measurable value and impactful outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (platforms, regions, departments), provide essential support to project development, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of defining and monitoring acceleration and implementation plans, but also identifying key collaboration opportunities with external partners, such as startups.
We’ll look to you for
Defining, setting up, and monitoring Acceleration/Implementation plans, including planning, deliverables, and budget, in collaboration with the project team and end customers
Providing necessary support to ease project development, including skills, methodology, processes, and documentation
Ensuring a permanent bridge between projects/startups and end customers by managing inputs and outputs
Monitoring and reporting on project/collaboration progress
Making regular recommendations on project/collaboration follow-up
Benchmarking partners and competitors to enrich the Acceleration process and implement best practices
Identifying key potential collaborations with external partners such as startups

Bilingualism
Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
