About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Advisor (with a focus on personnel management) to support the daily operations and assist employees in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
This position is aimed at someone with a solid understanding of operations, comfortable in a warehouse or logistics environment, and demonstrating a strong interest in personnel management. Why could this role be an opportunity for growth?
This position represents an opportunity for someone with an operations background who wants to develop their skills in coordination, employee support, and HR practices, while remaining grounded in the operational reality.

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and absences in the warehouse.
- Prepare and transmit daily attendance lists to the warehouse team.
- Follow up on customer needs and document the information in CRM and SharePoint.
- Manage punch-ins, worked hours, and payroll-related entries (Synerion).
- Handle administrative follow-up on employee files and routine communications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures in the workplace.
- Welcome and onboard new employees (procedures, positions, payroll).
- Collaborate in daily operations and perform related administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in operations, ideally in warehouse or logistics.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort with computer tools and data entry.
- Good judgment, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
- Interest in personnel management (follow-up, onboarding, daily relations).

Salary: Competitive salary
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, full-time
