Our client is actively seeking a reliable and responsible individual to take charge of the maintenance of commercial and industrial buildings.

Summary of Responsibilities:

-       Vacuuming: you will tame this noisy machine, removing dirt and crumbs with your impeccable attention to detail.

-       Emptying and collecting trash: get ready to become the master of waste collection.

-       Dusting and disinfecting surfaces: this is your moment to shine by making everything shine! Transform every surface into a mirror with cleaning skills worthy of a magician.

-       Cleaning restrooms: get ready to turn these spaces into something brighter than the red carpet! Armed with cleaning products, you will make them sparkle like a royal ballroom.

-       Occasionally repairing ventilation systems and door handles.

-       Performing any other related duties associated with the position.

Salary: $18 per hour + $2 evening premium + $0.75 maintenance premium

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. to midnight
