Our client is seeking an experienced Okuma Machinist to join their team, as part of a planned retirement replacement.

Main Responsibilities:

-       Operate a Haas VF7 (3-axis) and an Okuma (5-axis) machine.

-       Read and interpret technical drawings and G-code.

-       Perform manual setups and program directly at the machine.

-       Manufacture precision parts in a highly technical environment.

-       Participate in a trial period of approximately one week to assess fit for the position.

-       Perform other related duties as required.
