This position is part of a unionized bargaining unit. The hourly wage for this position starts at $16.60 and is established in accordance with the collective agreement. Depending on a candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, and prior experience, a higher hourly wage may be offered. Any hourly wage offered for this role, whether starting or higher, will fall within the wage scale established for this position in accordance with the collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Floral Design or related field (required)
• Prior floral experience and product knowledge is an asset
• Customer service driven
• Strong communication skillsAbility to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Comfortable standing for prolonged periods
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
