***Note:***This is a full-time position at the Saskatchewan Development Office in Saskatoon, SK. Directly reporting to the National Manager of Events; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION Our team is looking for a full-time Development & Events Coordinator. The Development & Events Coordinator's primary responsibility is fundraising while creating program awareness throughout the community, which helps reduce financial barriers for individuals entering our care. As the Development & Events Coordinator, you are the supportive force behind the Development team; you are a proactive person who takes initiative. You exude patience, kindness and compassion while motivating and inspiring those around you. You will assist, coordinate and plan logistics for various events and fundraising initiatives while assisting the Development team.

About Teen Challenge Canada Inc.
Teen Challenge Canada has been serving men and women experiencing addiction, through our 12-month faith-based program, for over 50 years. What started as a coffee house outreach in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, has grown to nine drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation centres across five provinces.
Through Teen Challenge Canada's yearlong, in-residence, drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, men and women 18 years and older in addiction, are given the time they need to heal. The program offers comprehensive training that helps equip individuals with the tools to maintain their sobriety and return to their families and friends substance-free.
