About the role
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring aFood Product Replenisheron a permanent basis on our Shared Services team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.
Join our team as a Food Product Replenisher, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our local co-op’s food stores are fully stocked and ready to serve customers. In this fast ‑ paced role, you’ll forecast and replenish food and drug inventory, oversee product movement through data ‑ driven decisions, and collaborate directly with suppliers to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly. What you’ll do:
- Forecast and replenish all food and drug products, preparing regular and promotional orders using the electronic buying system.
- Review, validate, and approve supplier orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with inventory needs.
- Monitor multiple inventory and service ‑ level reports to identify potential issues, make informed decisions on product movement, and coordinate with warehouse teams or the Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure timely stock transfers.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, initiate supplier claims, and communicate with suppliers as needed.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Category Coordinators, vendors, warehouse personnel, receiving teams, and customer service to address product or service issues that may impact retail operations.
- Keep the Category Coordinator, Category Specialist, and Supply Chain Manager informed of buying activities, inventory concerns, and day ‑ to ‑ day operational status.
- Other duties as required.
Who you’ll work with: You will work closely with Category Coordinators, Supply Chain Coordinators, Food Clerks, and will report to the Food Supply Chain Specialist. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, communication, and customer-focus

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and :
- Have one year of wholesale, supply chain, or analytics experience and a university degree in Commerce or Business AdministrationOR
- Have two years of wholesale, supply chain or analytics experience and a recognized two-year Business Administration diploma from a technical institute or university.
