About the role
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HR Administrator, Talent Acquisition on a temporary basis up to a 1 year term within our People & Culture team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity preferably based in Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate will work primarily from home, coming into the office 1-2 days a month to support Talent Acquisition programs.
What you’ll do:

Provide recruitment support by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, posting jobs and career announcements, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (Oracle and UltiPro).

Assist in the coordination of career fair registration and preparation. This may include payment of invoices, shipping materials, and communication with recruiters.

Provide support to Talent Acquisition (TA) team members on various projects and initiatives including but not limited to the employee referral and relocation programs.

Assist in the processing of expenses including reimbursement claims for candidates, entering accurate department cost centres, and reconciliations.

Manage shared inboxes for Talent Acquisition related inquiries by providing timely responses or directing to the appropriate resource.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report into a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition and be one of three Talent Acquisition Administrators. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and our Senior Sourcing Specialist to provide a positive candidate and employee experience. Our team will provide you with the support needed to meet tight deadlines and achieve outcomes. Overall, this team is committed to the principle of being a unified and collaborative team.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career inAdministrationand:

Have a minimum 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience within a fast-paced environment.

Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Office Management, or another relevant area (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).

Have a working knowledge of human resources business processes and functional areas would be considered an asset.

Experience working in Oracle Recruiter and/or ServiceNow would be considered an asset.
