Air Unlimited Inc. is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Industrial Maintenance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts related to compressed air systems, power generation systems, preventative maintenance programs, and related products. The successful candidate will build and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. With a proactive, customer-focused approach and strong technical understanding, this individual will play a key role in promoting Air Unlimited Inc.’s professional image and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts
• Develop, promote, and sell preventative maintenance contracts for compressed air systems (e.g., Ingersoll Rand) and power generation systems (e.g., Generac), as well as competitive products
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for preventative maintenance tenders, service requests, and customer inquiries
• Enter quotations into internal systems, track opportunities, and follow up with customers to close sales
• Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Introduce new products, technical updates, and service offerings to customers
• Collaborate closely with the Service Department to support key accounts, new business opportunities, and parts/service inquiries
• Work independently while contributing effectively within the sales team
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives
• Attend scheduled sales meetings and adhere to the Impact Sales Process
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support to all clients
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with a professional and proactive approach
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Excellent organizational, written, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Experience selling to OEM manufacturing clients is a definite asset
• Background in industrial or technical sales is considered an asset
• Willingness to travel occasionally for out-of-town work

Education and Training

• Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering Technology, trades-related training, or a related field is considered an asset

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Valid Passport required for occasional travel
