About the role
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Processing Clerk on a full-time temporary basis on our Corporate Accounting team.
This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK .

What you’ll do:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic documents, ensuring proper sorting, scanning, data entry, and attachment of required back-ups.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all documents, including requirement documents and payment records
- Support internal and external users in locating and accessing necessary documentation.
- Assist with document-related corrections and voids.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Team: You will work closely with other Processing Clerks, Accounting Clerks and Technicians and will be part of a larger team of professionals reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of teamwork and conversation, helping to share the workload to meet stakeholder needs.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and :
- Have a high school diploma, and an introductory accounting course from an accredited post-secondary institution, and/or a minimum of one year of relevant accounting experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to the applicable functional area.
