Jardeg is recruiting for Steamfitter / Pipefitters Journeyperson for Woodland Constructors Ltd. at Cameco site in Key Lake, Saskatchewan
As a Journeyperson Steamfitter / Pipefitter you will:
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine layout requirements;
- Cut openings for pipe in walls, floors and ceilings using hand or power tools or machine;
- Select type and size of pipe required;
- Measure, cut, thread and bend pipe to required shape using hand and power tools;
- Weld, braze, cement, solder, and thread joints to join pipes and fabricate sections of piping system;
- HDPE Fusion experience NPS 4”-20” (with fusion tickets) and/or Vic Roll Grooving NPS 4”-24”Install supports, valves, piping and control systems;
- Test system for leaks using testing equipment;
- Clean and maintain pipe units and fittings and flush system;
- Remove and replace worn components and reactivate system;
- Involved in working with power tools and heavy equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- CSTS 2020 or SCOT
- WHMIS 2015
- Fall Protection (OSSA Preferred)
- Confined Space (OSSA Preferred)
- Elevated Work Platform (OSSA Preferred)
- Steamfitter / Journeyperson Certificate
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada,
- Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol testing is required
