We’re looking for an innovative and adaptable critical thinker to serve as Systems Manager for Payments. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, driven to learn, problem solver with the ability to prioritize the dynamic workload involved with our payment streams such as wires, CAFT/AFT, cheques, bill payments and card products.
What you’ll do
- Analyze and test enhancements to existing payment systems collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Pilot new system processes with documenting end to end processes and hands-on support for payment systems as key responsibilities
- Support payment system enhancements and migrations using analytic tools, creative thought, and a high degree of attention to detail to sustain changes to our payments ecosystem
- Direct business requirements gathering for systems implementation and enhancements, including managing trade-off decisions
- Executes day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of the specific system/platform
- Develop and socializes a roadmap of projects or system enhancements that reflect business priorities and align to the vision for system/product

What you’ve got
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge in business requirements gathering, system design and development and project/stakeholder management
- Advanced working knowledge of digital solutions
- Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes
