Responsibilities Cleaning and Upkeep:Clean floors, walls, ceilings,within and outsite buildings.Empty trash cans and other garbage containers. Minor Repairs & Maintenance:Perform minor repair work, such as fixing leaky fixtures, repairing drywall, or painting.Make minor adjustments to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.Assist with plumbing and electrical systems, contacting specialists for major repairs. Groundskeeping:Mow lawns, rake leavesEnsure exterior areas are clear of debris and safe. Assisting Tradespeople:Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople like electricians, plumbers, and mechanics.Carry materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Material Handling & Site Preparation:Load and unload building materials and supplies.Move heavy furniture and equipment. Skills and QualificationsPhysical strength and stamina to lift objects and perform manual tasks.Proficiency in using common hand and power tools.Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work independently.Flexibility to handle changing tasks and assignments.Willingness to learn new skills and attend training.
