About Mira
Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company providing integrative care and hormonal testing for over 300,000 customers. In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company.
Mira’s breakthrough innovation was creating the market’s only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition.
We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.
About The Position
Mira is building out its B2B function to reach the practitioners who recommend Mira to their patients. We're hiring a Health Tech Content Manager to produce the content that educates and converts this audience: webinar presentations, clinically grounded blog articles, and sales enablement materials. This is a hands-on production role where clinical content and marketing come together in one person. You'll turn clinical evidence and product information into clear, credible content that speaks to a practitioner's availability and expertise - owning not just how that content is produced, but how it's positioned and promoted. You'll work closely with clinical leads for accuracy and direction, and you'll bring your own marketing instincts to every piece of content you create.
Requirements
2-4 years in health/wellness content, health marketing, or content operations - preferably in B2B. Clinical or science background a strong plus. Proven ability to translate clinical material and studies into clear, accurate content that resonates with a clinical/practitioner audience (please share samples). A commercial mindset: you understand how content drives pipeline, own the outcomes of what you produce, and measure your work against metrics and business goals — not just output. Strong writing, editing, and project management across multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Ability to storyboard presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides; Figma a plus). Experience marketing to physicians, nurses, or fertility/reproductive-health specialists a strong plus. Background in health tech, femtech, consumer health, wearables, or another health-adjacent company preferred.
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.
Responsibilities
Produce all webinar content — decks, medically reviewed email sequences, and polls — owning how each webinar is positioned and promoted, from audience hook through to post-event follow-up. Write and clinically ground ongoing email campaigns end-to-end, balancing clinical accuracy with marketing effectiveness yourself, with clinical sign-off from our clinical lead. Write and maintain clinical protocols, shadowing clinical leads in KOL working sessions to structure content ahead of review. Develop case studies for webinars and provider education. Keep conference materials current — banners, leaflets, and other on-site assets. Create sales enablement materials: one-pagers, product explainers, and pitch support. Repurpose content across formats (e.g., a webinar into a blog series and a one-pager). Run briefs, trackers, and reviews; coordinate designers, agencies, and expert presenters from brief to final. Use AI tools to work faster without sacrificing accuracy or judgment.
