About the role
Denison is seeking aShipper Receiverto support project and operational activities. Reporting to the Logistics Lead, and working closely with Procurement, Operations, and site teams, this role manages day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory processes while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring materials are delivered safely and on schedule. TheShipper Receiverwill be based in Denison’s Saskatoon warehouse, and support warehouse and logistics operations, helping maintain organized inventory systems and coordinating shipments between vendors, the warehouse, and project sites.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, equipment, and supplies

Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring materials are packaged, documented, and shipped in accordance with company procedures

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks

Create and update inventory records within the ERP or inventory management system

Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, including package skips and bills of lading

Coordinate deliveries and pickups with vendors, carriers, and internal teams

Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or documentation

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as required

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping area in accordance with company safety procedures
Requirements
You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records and ensure that materials are handled, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also bring:

High school diploma or equivalent (a certificate or diploma in logistics or supply chain management is an asset)

2-3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving warehouse, or logistics roles, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial environments

Experience with inventory tracking and shipping documentation

Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one

Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors
