What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Able to work independently while coordinating with a team
Not a requirement, but bonus points if you have experience with waste, recycling, construction materials, or similar environments.
What Success Looks Like:

- Smooth traffic flow and strong coordination with yard teams
- Consistent enforcement of material acceptance standards

Why Join Salish Soils?: Salish Soils is proudly Indigenous-owned and based on shíshálh territory. We encourage Indigenous applicants, people of colour, LGBTQ2S+ folks, and members of underrepresented communities to apply.
