Our client is a Quebec conglomerate that has been in business for over 150 years! They are looking to hire a Terminal Manager for their operation in Sept-Îles who will be primarily responsible for all terminal activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the quality of services provided to all passengers.
- Managing the reception, storage, and distribution of goods efficiently.
- Establishing work schedules and training for new employees.
- Resolving daily operational issues.
- Managing the terminal budget, including justifying equipment investments.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and work methods.
- Participating in all activities and committees related to health and safety.
- Performing any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:
- At least five years of personnel management experience.
