In general, the employee performs his or her duties under the supervision and according to the instructions of a maintenance workman of a higher class, as caretaker, or a foreman. </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Description of tasks</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> The employee is responsible for trimming grass and weeds around school buildings, fences, sidewalks, and other hard-to-reach areas using a weedeater. They ensure the school grounds remain neat and well-maintained by regularly cutting overgrown vegetation.
