Role Overview: A global client seeks a Physics (PhD) on a contract basis to advance core research initiatives. The role focuses on modeling physical systems with high precision, analyzing experimental data, and deriving actionable insights. Candidates will collaborate with senior scientists to refine theoretical frameworks and validate hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute computational simulations to model complex physical phenomena.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Develop theoretical models to explain observed phenomena and predict system behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into product development cycles.
• Publish research outcomes in peer-reviewed journals and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• PhD in Physics or a closely related field with a strong research background.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C++ for numerical modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with computational physics tools such as LAMMPS, COMSOL, or similar.
• Strong understanding of quantum mechanics, statistical physics, or condensed matter theory.
• Ability to derive mathematical models from experimental data and validate predictions.
• Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing techniques.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
