Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company located in Sherbrooke, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join its production team. Reporting to management, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring your team’s performance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

-       Supervise daily production activities (welding, assembly, machining, logistics, etc.).

-       Optimize productivity and ensure operational objectives are achieved.

-       Manage human and material resources to maximize operational efficiency.

-       Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

-       Maintain high standards of quality and workplace organization.

-       Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

-       Collaborate with internal teams to manage priorities and operations.

-       Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

-       Perform any other related duties.

Requirements:

Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per year
