Job Description This position will support Action Aero and Tronosjet Charlottetown and Slemon Park locations responsible for:

Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, and Preparing all documentation for new hires

Orientation and Onboarding process for new hires

Training new employees on the company vision, mission, policies and proceedures

Ensuring compliance with all Provincial and Federal employment requirements

Researching and recommending training for employees

Wages $70,000 - $95,000

Benefits Available after 6 month probation period

Required Skills Minimum 3 years experienec performing HR duties

Experience with both Federal and Provincial labor laws

Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability within 2 seperate companies

Experience in applying for Fereral and Provincial funding support
