About the role
A reputable oil and gas company is seeking a dependable and organizedOffice Administratorto join their team in Spirit River. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and values being a key support resource within a busy office.
Schedule: Full time Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately using a switchboard system
- Coordinate meetings, including arranging catering and preparing boardrooms
- Maintain fleet records and restock office supplies as required
Qualifications:
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong customer service focus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 2+ years experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Open Invoice (ADP), JD Edwards, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed
- Previous administrative experience is considered an asset
