Who You Are:

Join our Calgary office as a Summer Student and gain hands-on experience in finance and administration while supporting multiple departments across the organization. This role provides the opportunity to learn how business operations function from the inside out and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact.

This position is in-office, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet!

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program
• Proficiency in the Google Suite
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Support digital projects, including system updates and process improvements
• Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency through technology
• Participate in team meetings and projects
• Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management
• Create department dashboards that reflect accurate real-time data
• Assist in planning and coordinating workplace events
• Perform other technical and administrative tasks as required
