Job Summary
Bourgault Industries Ltd. is seeking a detailed-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an**Accounts Payable & Receptionist.**This hybrid role primarily supports the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments across all Bourgault entities. Additionally, this position provides reception coverage during absences, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and callers.
Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and manage bi-weekly payments.
- Maintain accurate records of freight charges, credit card receipts, and petty cash.
- Assist with month-end reporting and ensure compliance with tax regulations (PST, GST).
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments regarding payments.
- Provide reception coverage: greet visitors, answer and direct calls, manage mail and courier logistics.
- Maintain office supplies, verify packing slips, and support clerical tasks.
- Assist Finance and other departments with administrative duties as needed.
Academic/Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting or office administration certificate is an asset.
Required Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting systems.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Wage Range
$19.48-$34.10 - Starting wage is dependent on experience
