Position Overview

Cheekbone Beauty is seeking a Fractional Operations Lead to provide strategic and hands ‑ on operational support for approximately 30 hours per month. This role will help strengthen our operational foundation by improving processes, supporting cross ‑ functional coordination, and ensuring key operational activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a solutions ‑ focused mindset, and experience supporting growing product ‑ based businesses. Main Responsibilities

• Oversee core operational workflows, including demand planning, inventory oversight, and weekly KPI reporting.
• Coordinate cross ‑ functional timelines for product development, ensuring milestones, approvals, and deliverables stay on track.
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships by managing communication, gathering updates, and supporting sourcing needs.
• Improve and maintain operational systems, SOPs, dashboards, and planning tools to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
• Support documentation management, including product specifications, SKU data, regulatory files, and packaging details.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment on launches, timelines, and operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of new tools, workflows, and best practices.

Where You’ll Be Working

This role collaborates closely with cross ‑ functional teams in a fast ‑ moving, product ‑ focused environment. Work is primarily remote, with regular virtual communication and coordination across departments. The pace can shift based on product launch cycles, vendor timelines, and operational priorities. While the role is fractional, you will be a key partner in ensuring smooth operations and clear communication across the organization.
